All orders for same-day-delivery must be placed by 12 p.m. for guaranteed delivery.  All orders placed after 12 p.m. will be delivered on the next available delivery date. If you have a specific delivery time request, we highly recommend you call our store to order. We will do our best to accomodate timed delivery requests on web orders, but specific times are not guaranteed. 

On occassion, specific flowers or colors may not be available. If this is the case, we will make minor substitutions that will preserve the look, feel, and color scheme of the requested arrangement.
